We are all concerned with this question “Why We are Earning so LESS while Working so HARD?”.The above questions gets answered When we answer the following Questions:

Is What we are doing all through the Day really creating Value?
Are we really spending time at creating Value for our Customers?

Because its our Customers who pay us towards our Product and Services. Put yourself in the shoes of your Customer and Think of your efforts from your Customers perspective.

Is my Customer willing to pay for What I do?

When you go to McDonald’s What is that Value You would be willing to Pay for. And think of all the things you will not be willing to Pay to them.

You can Create more Value to Earn More by applying Lean to your work.
