He is MBA in Marketing and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. A Business Process Coach and consultant who improves the processes and reduce the cost of running business.

He has vast knowledge and experience in different functions of business like Risk Management, Audit, Operations, Production, etc.

He founded Lean for U in the year 2014 with the aim of helping companies and businesses run their business at minimum cost and improve profitability.

During his career he developed interest towards motivational books and he got inclined towards Spirituality. For long he has been a student of Bhagavad Gita and strongly believes in Law of Karma.
