Teamwork / Team Building
This program helps participants recognize the importance of teamwork and teaches them how to create bonds within teams. The participants also discover that diversity is their greatest asset and trust, cooperation and effective communication are the key to a team’s success. The activities in this program are designed to motivate participants to pool their talent and perform their best, both individually and as team players. Leadership
While for some jobs – its a thought process that, being a good leader is not necessarily an important skill, for any management position it is vital. We advocate each individual has that hidden capability – which needs to be nurtured for the development of the organization.
A leader is also expected to have entrepreneurial skills and to not only be in charge formally, through his position, but informally as well.
