Traditionally, many managers spend the majority of their career putting out fires and treating symptoms; rarely ever knowing or solving root cause issues. In contrast, this 1 or 2 day workshop uses simple, but powerful and proven tools to help managers and employees identify and solve the root cause of an issue.
